Training Session over Zoom
Whether you are already hosting people in your space, are just beginning on your hosting journey, or are curious about our organization and the work we do (and how you can get involved) - all are welcome to attend our training session over zoom this January 9th at 4pm CST. Please fill out the training interest form so that we have your email in order to be able to send you the zoom link.
Financial Wellness Workshop
This will be an educational session facilitated by The Resurrection Project that will go over banking, debt management, building credit, and more! All information will be oriented towards immigrants, specifically Asylum Seekers (who don’t have SSNs) and will be conducted in Spanish.
There will be refreshments and snacks provided. If any attendees have young children, there will be childcare also available for the duration of the session.
Entry is free and we will welcome anyone who wants to attend!

This training will cover our current model for housing, support, and accompaniment, our expectations for faith communities committing to this work, and our suggestions on how to adapt our working model to your own needs. We will have copies of sample forms available as well as people who have been doing this work for years available to answer your questions. We hope to see you there!
